Got a Raypak 206A this past Spring. I closed the pool last weekend and am wondering about the need to cover the heater or not. I live in Michigan so winters are harsh. The unit is totally exposed to the elements. I figured it should be, but found a youtube video where someone said covering a heater can do more harm that good by trapping moisture.
