    New pool owner and question

Hi everyone! So I just got a new AGP and I have a question, I plan on using the BBB method, but my pump and filter came with a chlorinator. Can it just stay on there and not be used? Thank you for any help you can give.

I kept mine in place. It comes in handy if I go out of town for a couple of days. Pucks are fine to use as long as you understand how they affect your water. You can't use them as your primary source of chlorine.

If you have read around here at all, you know you have to get a good test kit, right?
