    Post Quaternary Ammonium Compounds?

My sister is taking down her pool and gave me all her pool chemicals. Included in the "pool stored" stuff, she also gave me a jug of Champion Pool Winterizer which had no list of ingredients on it. When I googled it, it came up "Quaternary Ammonium Compounds" as the ingredient. Further searching resulted in websites and pdf documents

Is there any benefit in using it or should I toss it?
    Thanks for your input,
    Mariane

I would take them to your closest HHW facility and get rid of them. They are algaecides, just not very good ones because of the formulation and low concentrations.

    Thanks JVTrain.
I should have figured it, that she was "pool stored" when they told her she needed it.
