Surface area 741 sq ft, Perimeter 106 ft
6 pool returns, auto fill, dual main drains, 2 skimmers and 4 LED lights
20 ft long, 18" reverse beam

Spa Length 6 ft x Width 9.5 ft
Surface area 53 sq ft, Perimeter 27 ft
6 jets (waterway), contoured seating, dual drains,
2.5-inch suction, removable fountain and 1 LED light

Equipment
IntelliFlo VS filter pump 2-inch suction lines
3/4 hp Legend pump w/ Racer pool cleaner
60 sq ft DE filter
EasyTouch 8 computer w/ indoor remote
Master Temp 400,000 BTU heater
1.5 hp Silencer air blower
Delta UV system and 320 auto chlorinator
 
Hey awesome. Can't wait to see more pics. Looks like it'll be a cool pool!

If you're looking for advice, you might research on here about UV systems...Is that auto chlorinator a liquid chlorinator or puck?
 
The Delta UV system uses light to destroy pathogens. I added it primarily for the spa. You still need chlorine hence the auto chlorinator. It's a puck system.

Here's a picture of the equipment. And yes the heater is facing the wrong direction. Apparently code states that you can't have an operating window within four feet. This was the trade off so that we could move it the requisite number of feet. Although with the easy touch remote and the ability to control the equipment from a smart phone I shouldn't have an issue.
