What is this gasket/oring called??

Found a problem and the gasket/oring wasn't included in the kit that I bought :spiderman::spiderman::spiderman: Can't figure out what its called or if its available on amazon can anyone help its going onto a challenger 1hp pump its the gasket attached to the motor on the pic below

Can't find it on amazon or online but i believe it may be causing my small leak.

Looks like a foam or paper gasket. but based on the parts diagram that's not a place where water should be. Have an image of the one you have?

water should stop @ part #2 (seal plate)

Here is the pic of it back onto the pump there cracks all over it

I am not sure why you would need that rubber seal on the shaft.

Is there a large chunk missing from one of the 3 fins in the last picture?

ya didn't notice it earlier but yep seems to be a missing chunk. Tried to reinstall it just to have band screw strip yay.
