    PH Testing

    Would this 30.00 gadget prevent me from having to 'guess'?
    I 'still' really just don't like estimating what color it is.

    Electronic PH meters tend to drift significantly if you don't calibrate them frequently. The less expensive ones also tend to fail after not all that long.

    I would stay away from the Hanna meters and the LaMotte Tracers. There are better ones out there but they cost.
