?? Larger winter cover if I want to use pool pillows?

I have a 24ft round above ground pool. Should I get a larger 28ft round solid winter cover to fit over the pillows?? I was thinking of using 3 pillows so I won't have to pump any excess water off over the winter? Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated!

If it's not a mesh cover, you're still going to have to pump water off.
