rusted track

Hello,
We bought this house 15 years ago, came with an old clayton lambert inground vinyl lined pool.
the liner is coming out of the track constantly and some of the track (which is under the concrete sidewalk) is rusted away.
How can this be resolved?
can a new track be installed? or a newer track just screwed on the upper side wall ?

Latham has a face mounted bead track but would require a new liner to match the bead reciever. That would be the only thing I am aware of.
