Well the forecast is telling me the swimming season will end Friday here

Boo! I know it's coming and boy have we been shorted on summer this season. As far as I can remember, this is the coolest summer I've seen.
Temp down to near 70 in the pool this morning. A few more weeks and I'll be putting on the winter mesh cover to help it cool quicker (maybe) and keep the leaves out. Kinda sad that I'll be getting my closing supplies in order soon.
My problem with the cool weather isn't water temperatures as I have heaters. It's getting someone to brave the cool air temps getting in and out!
Same with me. I can keep the water warm, but swimming loses its appeal when it is cool outside.
Same here...3 more days of 80's then it drops to low 70's daytime and low 50's night. 
I hear tell there's a few chickens around! Cool air temps make for faster drying off times before you head back into the house.

when I was a kid I rode my bike home in my bathing suit after playing in my friends hot tub when it was 40 or 50 outside... so yeah I would brave the 60s to get out of a heated pool and run right into my house after swimming
