How to winterize AquaPro PRO1100 HP?

Hi all,

I have an AquaPro PRO1100 heat pump connected to my Intex pool. The pool will be removed for the winter soon and I'm wondering what to do about the heat pump. It doesn't have a drain plug but I assume if I remove the current connections to the unit it will drain. Should I still blow it out with a shopvac? Also, should I close off the connections on the unit or just leave them open?
