Winter cover size for 27' round pool

I have 27' round AG pool. Having hard time finding 27' covers, they seem to be either 24 or 28 feet. Should I get larger or smaller one? Also important part is that almost half of my pool is almost flush to the deck, very hard to get into there under rim. I saw a video on Youtube recommending using water tubes to keep part of cover on deck.

Go with the larger cover. You can always deal with excess cover, but if it is too small it won't stretch to fit.
