Algae Hot spots on Deck

I have two areas on my concrete deck that are low spots and a small amount of water almost always pools in these spots.
So, as one would predict, I have two areas of algae growth on the deck. (See Pic attched).

I treated one area with some household cleaner when it was dry (Formula 409), and it helped a bit, but this does not seem like a long term solution to this chronic problem. The risk of getting cleaner in the pool is too high.
Trying to fix the low spot is one possibility. However, it is more of a nusaince than a real problem, so this probably will not happen.

Any suggestions on cleaning? I thought of applying a beach mix (not too strong as to bleach out the paint, but strong enough) frequently.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
