Liquid Chlorine Northwest Houston, Texas

I live Northwest Houston and am having a lot of difficulty finding liquid chlorine. Has anyone found a good place to get liquid chlorine in this area?

I buy 8% bleach at Target for $3 per bottle. I've yet to find a pool store that carries 12%.

I have a Super Target near my house that has a full grocery store inside. I think the trouble free pool method is becoming more popular because the shelves are stocked and cleared out every few days. My people! Walmarts great value brand is also $3/ gallon if you don't have a super target near you.
