How much room for a cafe table on my new patio?

I'm laying out the patio around my new pool. I have a smallish area where I'd like to put a two-person cafe table. For those of you who have one of these, what size area does it occupy the chairs, you know pushed out a bit from the table as if a person was relaxing with a cup of coffee?

I know, stupid question, but I need to keep this area reasonably sized.

    Thanks,

I would say 5-6 ft. If you have them already set them up and them look around where your sitting and geusstimate or have someone lay some hose or rope down around the area and see how it looks

I have a cafe set that takes 6' to seat 2. You might need a little more room for people to push away from the table, too. Obviously, it will depend on what set you buy as there's some variation in chair size, table top size, and leg arrangement. Mine has 3 legs, so you're pushed away from it a little unless it's in a corner.
