Some help please!! I have a Intex SWG. I am having a issue with white, I am assuming is calcium, build up on my plates. This build up will take place in the matter of 6 hours. Enough build up were my SWG will stop working and start giving me high salt alarms. Intex says its because i have high calcium in my water. At the time they said that my hardness was 120 ppm. Another pool specialist said that would be the case in inground pools but not above ground pools. He said my calcium is to low. So I added a calcium increaser and let it circulate for 24 hours. I cleaned my plates once again and ran it for six hours overnight. In the morning they were white again. Here is my latest pool water readings.

(Local Pool Store testing) using a WaterLink Express system
FC- 0.25 Low do to the SWG not working correctly
TC- 0.39
Combined C- 0.14
pH- 7.6
Hardness- 220 ppm
Alkalinity- 150 ppm
Cyanuric Acid- 55ppm
Salt 3,600

Everyone I know has taken a shot at this and we have not figured it out yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is getting to the point were I believe there is something wrong with the plates and not my water.
