I have one 2 story house next door with some nosey neighbors, they just cut down a tree on the property line that clearly obstructed their view of our swimming pool. Ive seen the 2'tall saftey fences that go around the pool, but m looking for something taller, just for that side of the pool. Is anyone aware of any thing like that, or have any ideas of some diy designs? Thanks!

I'd take a look at shade sails. You can position those in the best possible location at pretty much any angle.

A shade sail was my first thought too. It could be positioned and angled to block their view. Might need to put a post or two in the ground to attach the sail.
short term: what they said.
long term: ....plant some fast growing trees on your side of the property to replace the one they cut down....
