Newbie hoping to patch plaster rather than replaster the whole pool.

Hi,

We purchased a foreclosure and the pool was completely empty except for a small algae pond with 5 frogs and 1 snake.

There are a few large spots with exposed concrete. Do I need to replaster the whole thing? Can I do this myself? Can I just patch?

Welcome to TFP!!!

Sounds like ideally time for a whole new replaster job and not just patches which will not look very good.
Whether you can do it yourself depends on your experience background ... but I doubt it.
