Cell life question

What has a bigger impact on the life of a cell, run time or what percent the cell is run at? IE: is it better to run 3 hours a day at 60% or 6 hours a day at 30%? These are just numbers pulled out of thin air, but hopefully will explain the question better.

Cell life is measured in hours energized. It doesn't matter if that is 1 hour at 100% or 10 hours at 10%, both result in one hour energized and use the same amount of cell lifetime. Your example is the same, both combinations result in 1.8 hours energized, so use up the same portion of the cell lifetime.
