Possible failing pump

I need help identifying the pump in the attached pictures. This is the booster pump for my pressure side pool cleaner (Polaris 380). I believe that it is starting to fail. It has been getting noisier and my Polaris seems as if it is lees effective/ fewer wheel RPM's than a few months ago. I have checked filters, screens and orifice/restrictor and all appear to be clear. I am fairly confident in my ability to rebuild the pump, just want to make sure I order the right parts and/or maybe get some other troubleshooting ideas before I tear into it.
