Amount of chlorine added to pool

We recently installed the Liquidator. Everything seems to be working fine, excpet we can not seem to get it to keep the level of FC at 2.0 or higher. We have the valve wide open and the flow meter is at 3 and does not go any higher excpet when we first start the pump. Our pump is a Pentair 1.5 hp.
Our FC seems to stay between 1.8-2.0. Even when we add enough to bring up the FC to 2.5 it drops to this level by the next day. It does not go any lower though.

Any ideas of what we should be doing?

Thanks

How does your water look ?How much sun does your pool receive ? You could do a OCLT Test to confirm that nothing is consuming chlorine.
I'm not well versed in the liquidator and getting it set up. There are others that can help with that. Somebody will chime in on that I'm sure. ?

Wouldn't hurt to do an OCLT since your FC levels have been below your the min for your CYA level since starting with the liquidator.
If your getting a lot of sun on the pool you might want to bump the CYA level up. It'll help with FC loss due to burn off from the sun. ?
