Amount of chlorine added to pool

We recently installed the Liquidator. Everything seems to be working fine, excpet we can not seem to get it to keep the level of FC at 2.0 or higher. We have the valve wide open and the flow meter is at 3 and does not go any higher excpet when we first start the pump. Our pump is a Pentair 1.5 hp.
Our FC seems to stay between 1.8-2.0. Even when we add enough to bring up the FC to 2.5 it drops to this level by the next day. It does not go any lower though.

Any ideas of what we should be doing?

    Thanks

Can you post up a set of test results and what test kit you got them with. Just want to see if everything looks ok on that end.
Those are some pretty low FC levels to be maintaing. 😎

    Taylor K2006
    FC - 1.8- 2.0
    pH -7.5
    TA- 110
    CYA-35

    Does that help?
I have gotten the FC up to 2.5, but can not seem to maintain it. However we have just begun this journey with the liquidator...

How does your water look ?How much sun does your pool receive ? You could do a OCLT Test to confirm that nothing is consuming chlorine.
I'm not well versed in the liquidator and getting it set up. There are others that can help with that. Somebody will chime in on that I'm sure. 😎

Our water is clear as a bell. - so far In the past I have been fine with the OCLT test, but have not done one since we started the liquidator this week.

Wouldn't hurt to do an OCLT since your FC levels have been below your the min for your CYA level since starting with the liquidator.
If your getting a lot of sun on the pool you might want to bump the CYA level up. It'll help with FC loss due to burn off from the sun. 😎
