Flex PVC Underground?

I've got a quick question.

I was thinking, I know it can be dangerous, of using flex underground to re-rout my lines with nice big radius bends to my other side of the house. Then I read somewhere that subterranean termites actually can eat through this stuff and cause leaks. Supposedly its not that they especially like the tastes and search it out. They say that if it happens to get in their way underground they'll simply try and ea=t their way threw it.

Has anyone else heard of this issue??

Sorry your question wasn't answered sooner.
A quick google search indicates anecdotal evidence of this occurring, but piping isn't my area of expertise, so I am unable to confirm or deny this.

If you are burying the piping it is advisable to use hard pipes.

I've seen many such videos such as this. Makes me think it's an accepted practice. So did you have a question or just impressed how easy they make it look. I'm no pro so I'm always impressed how easy they make this all look.
