Crud floating on surface of pool

My water has been sparkling clear for almost a year since I started BBB.
This morning I added 15 lbs of borax to bring it up 20 ppm.
That was about 4 hours ago.
I'm noticing what looks like tiny dull snow flakes all over the surface.
I'm assuming that is some sort of undissolved borax, at least I hope it is.
Has anyone else seen this after borating?

Probably just undissolved borax. Do you have a skimmer? Just let it go for a while and it should dissolve.

That's what I'm hoping. If it's still there in a couple of days, I'll get concerned.
I do have a skimmer. Surface water doesn't move toward the skimmer. That's something I'm still working on.

A few days ago i raised my borax from 20 to 30ppm and i also noticed some white pod/bubbles on the water surface. It was after dark and they were gone in the morning when i rechecked it. I did not investigate it at the time because i reasoned that is was a side effect of the borax. They haven't returned so if it is the same it will dissipate.

Sure- 3 quarts and 2 cups of acid.

That stuff is almost completely gone, today.
I'm sure it was the borax still dissolving.

The water looks like a liquid diamond with extra borax addition.
It's almost to pretty to get into.
If you haven't done borax yet, I recommend it.
