Question Is it safe to mix test water/Regents?

I have gotten into a routine of using a sports bottle to collect sample water, perform the tests and dumping the samples into a Tupperware bowl.
Is mixing the water and regents a bad thing?

I hope not, cause that's what I do. Haven't had an explosion yet! Get some pretty colors, though.
