We recently replaced our entire unit, control box and cell, that previous homeowner left. We have added the manufacturers recommendation of salt, a high 5500ppm. Testing the water we sometimes get a low chlorine reading and sometimes nothing, but never ok. The water is clear. Not only is is out of warranty, the manufacturer went out of business. How do I test this thing??? Help!
