How do I remove the lightbulb from my pool light?

I'm working on a slam at the moment. I have an aqualuminator return/light. I want to remove the bulb to see if anything is growing behind it. I can't figure out how to remove the bulb and I sure don't want to break it. Ideas and instructions will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to TFP.

I'm not sure you can easily take the bulb out of the aqualuminator. I did a quick search using the search box at the top right under pool school and came up with this.

If there is no water in the light, I would not mess with it but that's me. Good Luck.

Thanks for reply. I ended up removing the light from it's housing just to see if there was anything behind the light. Nothing was there and now I know how to replace the light with the water in the pool.
