Aquapure 1400 .New cell, power wire, sensor NO chlorine production

Put in new new cell, wire, sensor. Been running for three days 2 hours on high, 6 hours on low speed.
Says cell on, flow I have it set at 100 percent, tested today and my test strip was white which is zero.
Any thoughts on what to do?
    Thanks

Zero chlorine with a SWG is almost always either a chemical level problem or an algae problem. If you post a complete set of water test results we can give you much more specific feedback.
