I am seeing a reading on my swg panel that I don't usually see other than in winter and that is COLD. The water temp is approx 81 since we are in the heart of hot weather here in GA. Any info on why COLD is appearing where I would normally see the mineral reading?

That usually only comes up if the connection between the cell and the control box is loose or if the temperature sensor in the cell has broken.
