Measuring pH minus vs dry acid.

Just a quick question....my husband came home with pH minus vs muratic Acid. Need to use up what he bought as I can't return it. In the calculator do the calculations for dry acid equal what I need of pH minus?

By the way, been using the TFP method since opening our pool in April. Super simple and I get more complements on how sparkling clear our water is!

Yes, PH Minus contains dry acid.

I believe they equaled about the same when I figured it up. Dry Acid contains sulfates, which can attack concrete. Gunite = Concrete and Sand mixture.

This is only an issue if you use huge amounts of dry acid.
