Ive got the Krystall Clear saltwater sys & filter pump CS8111 set up… Had sys for 2.4 years i keep getting the low salt warning light… Plates are clean salt is at 3200ppm which is a good number… Called intex talking to them was like talking to a tree.. They instructed me since my sys was 4 months out of warranty they would not warranty anything… They said the electrolytic cell with the titanium plates is bad.. So i ordered it $80 plus $22 shipping… I live in Vegas intex is in Cali.. $22 shipping really??? installed part still same error…. not sure what registers or reads or calculates the salt level… Not sure what the copper electrode does could that be bad??? Any help would be helpful…. Very frustrated with intex
