Intex Ultra Frame Liner Cleaner Help

Greeting All TFP,

I am the owner of a Intex Ultra Frame saltwater (SWG) 10'x18'x52" square pool. I have made some interesting modifications over the last two years by adding a Propane Jandy Legacy 175,000 BTU Pool Heater and a thru the liner skimmer. Now the simplest problem I can not solve. The problem Im having is the outer framing were the Guide poles are going thru the top of the liner I have managed to build up a dark almost black ground in dirt on what used to be a white top section of the liner. Before I use anything that might damage the liner I wanted to check with you all to see if you have any recommendations of what I could use to get it back to a almost white again

I would scrub it with a 50/50 bleach/water solution and a scrub brush

Tried the 50\50 hardly made a dent even tried 70/30 still nothing

I used a Magic Eraser on my Utra-frame. It fell apart as I used it, but it cleaned it pretty well. I, too, had a blacking film on my top rail.
