Hi All
I recently installed 6 2x10 SunQuest panels purchased from Costco. All was well for about 2 weeks when I developed cracks in two different places. My VRV is on the lower right and the upper left is plugged. Pipe connections are lower left and upper right. Anyways, the cracks are where the VRV and the plug threads into the header. There is a seam in the header and the pipe cracked along the seam.
I'm trying to figure out the cause:
- faulty product?
- over pressure?
- over-tightening?
- too much teflon tape?
- combination of all??
I purchased in May, installed in June, been running for about 3 weeks. Any ideas?
