Here's a recipe for my favorite marinated slaw that we have enjoyed for many years. You can make this a day or two before needed and it will last in the fridge up to 10 days or so (although it has never made it that long in my fridge :mrgreen: ).

Harvest House Slaw

1 head cabbage - slivered thin
1 green bell pepper - cut in rings
1 med. to lg. onion - cut in rings
1/2 Cup sugar

Marinade
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Bring to boil and pour over slaw mixture. Stir/mix and store in fridge.
