    Salt Water Stains

    I started seeing salt water stains on tiles above the water, is this normal? If not how to correct, or clean off....Thank you

    That is mostly calcium, and happens with or without salt in the water. You can remove it with a dilute muriatic acid solution.

    acid removed the calcium stain, but turned my grout around tiles brown....any ideas how to remove brown stains....I tried bleach didn't touch it...
    I used 1 cup acid to 4 cups water...
