replacement parts for Intex Pool

I have an Intex Pool I am needing a replacement part for the WATER FLOW CONTROL MECHANISM but my problem is that the website of Intex is out of stock. I have found some online for $70 plus but I was wondering does anyone know how to make one a replacement part or something that I use?
