Just wanted to update anyone thinking about using or those that already have the Inteliflo VS pump on my results.
- I have been running the pump from 6am-8pm at 1350 rpms at an average of 213 watts which based on the Inteliflo calculator I am moving about 34 gpm or 28,560 gallons per day. Electricity here in NJ is very cheap at 9.87 cents per kWh for me currently so running for 14 hours keep my pool sparkling clean and the surface clear and my FC/CC levels perfect based on the pool calculator using the IC40 at 30% setting.
- So if my math is correct it is costing me about $.30 cents a day to run my pool pump or $9.00 dollars per month and about $50.00 dollars for the entire season here in NJ.
