The Demon has been satisfactory. I've changed the belts, bushings, etc, before, but today.... I have the genuine Aquabot belts and bushings, part A3302PK but it seems impossible to reinstall the rollers with their bushings! No amount of judicious prying will do the job, and the belt tension seems excessive. From what I gather the proper tension is achieved when the rollers and bushings are installed. 
Is it possible that I have defective, too short belts? Has there been a model change since I bought our Demon a few years ago? Of course on a Saturday Aquabot is closed; I'll call them Monday but in the mean time I'd like to get our little Imp back running.
