I have an Aqualink RS4 and the pump is programmed to start during a specified timeframe each day. I'm finding that the Spa is also turning on automatically and can't figure out why that is. I am able to turn it on/off, but wish it would not turn on automatically. Help?

The spa should run at least a little in spillover mode each day or you will have water problems. However, the heater should not be turning on unless you specifically ask for the system to go into spa mode.
