Pentair Quad 80 DE getting back into pool. Why?

DE is getting back into my pool. I've checked the filters and can not see any holes. I have checked what I believe is everything, but can not find the problem. I also have to clean the filter screen to my SWG twice a day from small debris. There HAS to be a hole some where....right?

Yup. Something is not right in the filter or your backwash valve.

I happened to be missing an O-ring that goes at the end of the pipe that the DE grid structure goes on top of. That was enough for good amount of DE to be going back to the pool.
