how add bleach?

I'm about to add household bleach to my pool in the amount given by the calculator.
What is the preferred method of adding this liquid? Into a skimmer? Around the sides of the concrete pool wall?

Add it in the deep end in front of a return (with the pool circulating). Let the pool circulate for at least 30 mins.

oh and pour slowly (you should be able to see the bleach mix into the water.)

Don't pour into the skimmer...sending it directly to the pump/filter like that is not good for the seals etc.

Pouring in front of a return allows it to mix in quickly.
