    Various positions for filter

    I have a Hayward SP 722 D what are the various positions like rinse waste filter etc. I do not have the manual and I can't find one online can someone help please thank you

    This should be the manual for your filter. On page 10 it has a parts diagram. Do you have part 32 or part 33?

    32 is a multiport and will have a dial something like this:


    33 is a slide valve. It will look similar to this:


    It only has two positions: filter and backwash.

    Which style do you have?

    Neither it has a twist and lock handle handle

    Twist and lock is a slide valve. You only have two positions.
