Replacing Timer/panel question

I have a variable speed motor and PB914N66 Intermatic Timer installed with Freeze guard. i recently changed my timer, but i am still having intermittent issue with the motor not switching on the scheduled time. is there a way to replace PB914N66 Intermatic with the mechanical timer like intermatic T104 208-277. i am attaching my wire circuit also.

Also any suggestions for replacing the control panels with one timer \ freeze control for a 2 speed motor ?
