Good day, I'm new to the hot tub scene to bear with me. Recently rented a home with an in-ground hot tub. For our own piece of mind we drained the tub using a submersible pump so we could clean and sanitize the tub. The seats have holes in the bottoms and the normal jets around the sides. The problem I'm having is when the pump is on regardless of how far I open the air intakes (according to the owner) located on top of tub shell the jet pressure doesn't change which the owner said would happen. I removed the tops and both are filled with water which I'm assuming is bad. What is the problem and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance.
