Someone must have studied the workings of this. I replaced the turbine and bearings as I did see some wear at the bearing seats. It seems to only turn right and if held under the surface off the bottom it still only wants to go right. I now changed the shoes as they were warn but still large right turns. If I put some tension on the hose the pool vac will go left. How does this know to go right or left? I don't see a cam or anything that will allow it to change directions. What causes direction change? Thanks Ron
