At the bottom of poolmath you have a primary source of chlorine drop down box in "suggested goal levels". However, you only have 3 choices: Bleach, SWG and Trichlor. I use 65% cal-hypo and it's not listed. So what do I select as the primary source of chlorine or do I simply have to neglect the "Goal" values?

For cal-hypo you should choose bleach in the suggested goal levels section. Both bleach and cal-hypo have the same effect on PH & TA, so you use the same goal levels.
