Pump stops then get code 90

I have hooked my pump CS15110 up according to my manual. When I turn the pump on, it's runs for a few minutes then shuts off. Then after a short period, I get a code 90. Troubleshooted all the scenarios and it still happens. Any suggestions?

Is this an intex pump? And not pumping at all no flow out of the return or is it showing code 90 and beeping
