Pool Math for Texas

So the targets are preset in the calculator. Since I don't know what part of the country these numbers are based on, should 100+ summers in Texas possibly have different targets? Texans speak up!!! Or anybody with hot weather and full sun. I would even except Okies opinions.

Other than CYA being towards the higher end, I don't think there'd be many differences.

That's the magical, mystical, average pool but has proved itself in most situations. More Texas sun? Raise your cya over the "average" we recommend to reduce FC loss. All pools are slightly different and YMMV. Accurate testing and monitoring of ....YOUR....pool will tell you what it requires. Awful good starting point though.
