never had pool issues this bad before

my pool got cloudy 2 weeks ago and I am struggling to clear it. I cant seem to kill the algae although
i have been back washing daily and scrubbing the liner. All my levels were in the OK range today except ph was low so I added
ph plus.
I keep the auto vacuum going 24/7 but tonight the water is turning a green colour.

I also dumped a gallon of bleach in 2 nights ago but no real changes.

What more can I do at this point?
