Hi,

We have our pool filled and I'm working on balancing the water, salt is in stablizer in and I am wondering at what speed to run the pump, for now I have it going 24/7 on

the speed #2, is this good with my SWG or do I need more GPM? I think I have read that you may need more flow?

Pump is a Sta-rite Intellipro 4X160 1 drain line 1 skimmer with 70 ft lines to pump house 2 return lines both T into the steps to make 4 return jets.

pump is self priming as it is slightly below the water level in the pool, the flow

seems good, I am very impressed with this pump it is quiet!! and will really move the water at higher speeds.

all lines are 1.5"....undersized ?

Speeds and pressure # 1- 3 psi # 2-6 psi #3 12 psi #4 20 psi

Thanks Silcozot
