Mastertemp 400 Heater doesn't shut off.

When my scheduled pool filter session was over today, I heard my Mastertemp 400 heater turn on. I've always had to turn it on manually. I went to the Easytouch panel to turn it off. It turned off... for about 10 seconds. It came right back on.

I tried using the poolside control, same thing.

I came in the house and used the inside controller.. same thing.

I looked at the schedules - nothing listed for the spa. Temp set at 104. The only way I could get it turned off was to set the temp at 80. The touch pad seems to be working fine, because I can shut it off... but something is telling it to stay on.

I tried calling Pentair (it's all under warranty still) and had 6 phone calls dropped.

Any thoughts on what I can check? Thank you in advance!

I would suggest turning off the power and gas to the heater until you can get the problem resolved.
